Brandon is the ceo + co-founder of ROCS (Responsible Outgoing College Students), a company which helps college students and recent grads find internships and entry-level jobs. Brandon founded ROCS with business partner, Tom Moore during their freshman year at George Mason University at the age of 19. He is also a current undergraduate student at George Mason University's School of Management.
Along with Tom, Brandon was the recipient of the 2005 Global Student Entrepreneur Award-East Coast Regional and College Entrepreneur Organization's Global Student Entrepreneur Finalist. In 2008 he received Startup Nation’s Dorm-Based 20 Award, ranking America's top 20 college-based businesses and young entrepreneurs. Brandon is also coauthor of the 2007 book Student Entrepreneurs: Graduating with a Profit.
In addition to ROCS, Brandon helped start and serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Business Initiative (YBI), an organization to help youth in foster care successfully transition to independence. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dulles SHRM as the Student Chapter Liaison & Scholarship Coordinator and is a National Member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
In his spare time, he also serves as a guest lecturer at Universities and keynote speaker on various panels regarding young entrepreneurship.
