Interns (temps)

A flat fee of $5 per hour. This is added to the intern's hourly pay and payroll expenses.

Other staffing agencies offer percentage-based markups, ratios and conversion fees which can often be misleading. In other words, their profit is maximized by inflating the candidates pay as high as possible. We use Flat Rates to ensure you get a high value, low-cost employee without needing a scientific calculator, abacus or periodic table to figure out our rates.

Intern-to-Grad (temp-to-hire)

Each intern hour includes a $2 Intern-to-grad credit that can be applied to student's Grad-Direct fee.

Grad-Direct (direct-hire)

1/5 of first year salary for all job types and includes a whopping 120-day gurantee.
