Is there any fee or commitment when a job is submitted?

Of course not. When you go to the grocery store and browse the produce section, you're not required to buy an apple, right? Well, unless you've taken a bite out of it.

What is the process after I submit a request?

We first like to come out and meet with you to get a feel for the environment and company culture. Then once we have a job opening we start our recruiting process.

What positions does ROCS fill?

Administrative, IT, Programming, Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Healtcare, Nursing, Engineering, and more.

I need someone "yesterday" can ROCS help me?

It depends on the type of position. If you simply need some basic help around the office, we can have someone there the next day, possibly even within a couple of hours. For more complex positions, it usually takes about 2 weeks.

How long does it take to fill a job?

If we knew, we'd be palm readers (and not in the staffing business). However, we can tell you that depending on the position, it varies from a day to a few weeks. For more technical positions, it can take longer.

Are students only able to work during the summer and school breaks?

Not at all, our students are able to work year round.

How many hours can students typically work in a week?

Our students can work anywhere from 5 to 40+ hours a week. Many choose to take night classes or early morning classes to allow them to work a normal M-F 8-5 job.
