ROCS is a small team that is only focused on helping great companies find top students and recent grads, nothing else. Our company does less than our competition - intentionally. We believe that if we tried to cover all levels of job openings and claim to do everything, we would excel at nothing. That's why we choose to focus on one thing and do it right.
Every company would like to be in touch with the "next generation." Whether you're Apple or a Defense Contractor, students need to talk about your company in order to get more qualified graduates. Essentially, they make great on-campus recruiters and they speak from experience.
Potential Long-Term Employees
The fact is, training requires a lot of time and financial resources. Keep your training costs and bottom-line lower. It's much easier to train a student over the course of several semesters and have them build more responsibility until graduation. When they graduate, you have the option of retaining a well-trained employee who is accustomed to your company's culture and values.
Tech-Savvy
Today's students are much more knowledgeable about technology. Their openness to technology and passion for getting things done using new software or hardware may rub off on your more experienced employees. If that isn't convincing enough, they can always help you program your new mp3 player!

On Campus career fairs are expensive and may not be economically feasible to small businesses. We'll do the talking for your company and keep our eyes and ears open for students who'd be a great fit. As a result of our know-how, you cut down on the time and money involved in finding the best students.
On-Campus Recruiting/Events
Most Small companies just can't afford the time it takes to physically be on campus for hours at a time. So, keep in mind we're here for you. Sitting on campus talking to students is what we get paid to do. Plus, we don't mind hanging around campus keeping us informed of the coolest lingo.
