Responsibilities of the Client Service and Marketing Strategist:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and client service strategies to increase the firm's visibility and deepen client engagement.
Coordinate and enhance client-facing activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing speaking engagements, and facilitating webinars.
Assist in the production of client-focused content, including marketing materials, videos, and podcasts, that underscores the firm’s value proposition.
Oversee the firm's online presence, ensuring website content is current, engaging, and client-centric.
Collaborate with the team to refine and implement actionable plans for client service improvement and marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent, effective communication across all client touchpoints, maintaining the firm’s standards for excellence in customer service.

Qualifications of the Client Service and Marketing Strategist:

Proven experience in marketing, client service, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as a self-starter.
High level of empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
