Accounting Consultant in McLean, VA

Job Overview

The main responsibilities of the Accounting Consultant are to implement highly specialized financial software at client sites, including the setup of different modules within our financial software suites, databases and interfaces to other software products. Develop and document customer specific functionality for financial software.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in client implementation and upgrade projects
• Provide technical support and consultation to clients
• Participate in client and partner and internal staff training
• Build and sustain ongoing relationships of openness and trust with clients

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or commensurate accounting experience is a requirement.
• Experience working with Accounting or ERP software (Deltek, Solomn, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Peach Tree, and/or Sage) preferred.
• Strong intellectual horsepower, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to influence others.
• Passion for software and ability to understand high-level technical concepts quickly.
• Demonstrated success in working on many activities concurrently and with minimal direction.
• Self-starter, driven and go-getting personality is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
