Position Requirements
- Candidate must possess the ability to travel.
- Candidate's knowledge of the MS Office Suite is a must.
- Candidate must also possess the ability to help develop business as they relate to all company products and services along with customer support activities.
- Candidate must possess some knowledge of Change Management and familiarity with collaborative work platforms, process management and mapping, workflow management, and knowledge management.
- 1-2 years proven private sector and Federal government consulting and/or training experience in the design and delivery of face-to-face or facilitator lead programs.
- Candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services functionality.
- Candidate must possess intermediate facilitation skills, as well as professionalism and creativity.
- In addition, we require excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree (or progress toward a Degree) in business or related field.
Summary
Be part of a solution team which will configure, design, develop and deliver integrated collaboration solutions to clients by either face-to-face or online education programs based on market-leading collaborative software (i.e., MS SharePoint) to name a few and related .Net user applications like InfoPath and Office applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with help desk related activities.
- Assist with the design, development and delivery of face-to-face and online education programs focused on collaboration and based on market-leading collaborative software.
- Assist with the configuration, with a high degree of confidence, of "out-of-the-box" software solutions to customers programs.
- Assist with the delivery of products and/or services to clients, ranging from senior management to working-level employees. Delivery is to both local and national clients.
- Help manage the training aspects of engagements as required.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with technical partners
- Work closely with internal AKG business team.
