Job Duties Include
- Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner and ensure they are guided to their host.
- Answer incoming calls- either respond to the inquiry or direct it to the appropriate staff member
- Assist staff members with general administrative tasks- send faxes, file documents, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be efficient, punctual, and detail oriented
- Friendly, customer service oriented and has good interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint.
