Job Description
An environmental services and engineering company seeks an executive assistant. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the President organized and on time, as well as for assisting with administrative work around the office.
Main Duties
- Answer incoming calls and perform call backs
- Update and maintain President's schedule
- Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations
- Compose emails and letters
- Basic administrative duties- filing, faxing, copying, etc.
Job Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Windows skills (esp. PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and always on time
- Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- College degree
- Previous admin and office experience
