Help manage day-to-day duties and provide support to the CEO in an office of 35 employees including handling disciplinary duties, interviewing potential employees, and meeting with prospective clients.
Occasionally, you will also travel locally to complete sales calls, perform evaluations on staff and follow up with clients. Other administrative duties include corresponding with current and potential clients on the phone and e-mail, maintaining office supplies and handling questions and concerns of the other employees.
Must be able to work autonomously, prioritize duties, provide excellent customer service and interact with staff and clients. It's a great opportunity for a recent bi-lingual grad who's professional and a born leader!
