Job Duties
- Record and send recognition awards and certifications
- Register and process assessment takers, assessments, and assessment centers
- Work with accounting to create invoices and purchase orders to ensure payments and receipts are processed efficiently
- Routine office maintenance: machines, supplies, routine vendor relations
- Support senior staff when needed: create documents/presentations etc., assemble and print materials, take notes at meetings, run AV etc.
- Coordinate with temps to send mailings, assemble large print jobs, and marketing pieces.
- Provide operations support at meetings, i.e., logistics, printing, materials, hotel, AV, name badges; maintain lists of directions, hotels, restaurants, reservations etc. for visiting parties
- Schedule meetings for staff and senior executives
- Provide support when necessary for state pilots, grants, etc.
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Typing speed at least 60 wpm
- Strong verbal and written communication with keen attention to detail. A spelling, grammar and proofreading test will be administered during the interview
- Good phone presence and customer service skills
- Ability to set priorities, work as team player, stay motivated, willingness to learn and help across all departments
- Desired skills: HTML, Adobe Design Software
- Previous work experience in non-profit or association highly desired
