Small established contracting company in Alexandria is seeking a part-time administrative employee to assist its owner and estimator with a variety of tasks. The right person would start on a part-time basis and grow to become a full-time employee after a couple of months.
Duties include basic administrative tasks such as data entry, working with spreadsheets, answering phones, copying, filing, faxing and corresponding to inquiries. The employee will also have the opportunity to assist with proposals and work with the estimator as they progress with the company.
Preferred work week is 8:30 to 5 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays but other schedules will be considered. Please submit your availability for the remainder of the summer and fall semester along with your resume.

They have experienced rapid growth in the last two years by performing projects ranging in price from one hundred thousand dollars up to a few million for clients including the Department of Justice, Department of the Interior and the Secret Service.
