Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree in quantitative or related field
- Proficiency in using SPSS or SAS
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics
- Skills for quantitative analyses

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to internal and external clients
- Screen and respond efficiently and thoroughly to internal and external data requests
- Integrate GMAC data and research and external research into reports and presentations
- Cleansing, recoding, and managing of GMAT EExaminee data
- Perform quality control procedures to maintain integrity of data
- Perform data management including creating, merging, and archiving large data files
- Assure compliance with all company and departmental data privacy and security policies
- Develop, maintain, and document research data storage and retrieval systems
- Performing routine and special data analyses and research
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses
- Gather and organize secondary research on graduate management education industry
- Provide editorial and formatting assistance
- Assist in producing publications, e.g., GMAT Candidate Profile, Trend Reports for world-wide and specific geographic areas, etc.
- Create tables and graphics
- Provide editorial and formatting assistance
- Create and implement systems for tracking the progress of work and files
The Research and Development department is seeking a Research Analyst, who has a proven experience in four key areas:
