Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
- Experience with Java (1.5 v or higher preferred), Oracle, and J2EE
- 3-5 years of related industry experience
- Strong knowledge of object oriented programming including modeling expertise using UML (knowledge of Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams are a must)
- Preferred application servers are JBoss and Weblogic
- Experience with Reflection API is a plus, but not required
Duties:
- Serve as a key resource in the enhancement and execution of internal accounting and financial software systems
- Work with client team members including domain experts, off-shore developers, and business analysts
- Easily Interpret the needs of clients in the banking, finance, audit and technology environment
- Assist with issues identification and data error correction
- Facilitate efficient meetings regarding project goals or client updates
- Serve as a lead/support role in developing required reports for the Accounting/Business teams
