Details:

Provide sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical positions. The Technical Recruiter will provide full life cycle support for technical positions requiring government security clearances as well as non-technical positions. Full life cycle recruiting includes interfacing with technical staff, Executive Management and the HR Team, sourcing/prescreening candidates, participating in interviews, developing competitive job offers as well as developing a staffing plan and recruiting metrics.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience in Government contracting in a corporate staffing environment, high volume, fast-paced recruiting for positions with government security clearances. Prior experience creating staffing plans and metrics. In addition, experience with OFCCP compliant procedures. Must understand the laws and requirements applicable to government contracting.

The Technical Recruiter must be a go-getter and portray strong interpersonal relationship skills in all communications at all levels of management and staff.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline required. May consider significant professional level recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Skills:

A minimum of three years recruiting experience in a high volume technical environment is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates with technical backgrounds who possess security clearances. Experience in a corporate setting supporting government contracts is a must. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff is required. Demonstrated strong customer service, interviewing, negotiation, internet sourcing skills, staffing plan and metrics development experience are required.

The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is essential. General human resource knowledge and understanding of common staffing metrics and functions is also required. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is necessary as are clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with an automated applicant tracking system.

Abilities/Skills:

Familiarity with Top Grading recruiting process is highly desirable. Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques desired. Prior recruiting experience with AAP/EEO and outreach activities desired.
