Responsibilities:
- Maintain company networks and servers
- Serve as first-line helpdesk support to all employees
- Responsible for setting up new-hire accounts and managing current employee accounts (email, phone, security, etc.)
- Facilitate day-to-day activities in the corporate office, such as maintaining office supplies and managing office space allocation (cube hoteling, conference room usage, etc.);
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, including the employee set up process and first day activities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to multi-task and manage time with little supervision
- 1-2 years of business experience in a high energy environment
- Some Linux experience, with willingness to become proficient in Linux
- Demonstrates proficiency in all MS office programs, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills a must
- Must be a team player committed to achieving high quality results in a timely and efficient manner
