Operations Coordinator in Ashburn, VA

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of IT processes and IT security services
• Regularly review security logs to screen for security incidents, issues
• Review service and software installation/implementation
• Conduct equipment and software inventory
• Manage the company's relationships with key vendors, suppliers and technology partnerships
• Research and identify potential suppliers
• Solicit competitive pricing from various vendors
• Coordinate payment processing for equipment
• Lead special projects for Company President relating to the IT Operations Team

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States
• Four year Bachelor's Degree in a technical science required; degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
• Self-starting, highly motivated individual with strong problem solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years office experience, preferably in a helpdesk capacity
