Position Summary

A mid-sized (300 employee) software company is looking for candidates for a IT Help Desk - Tier II position. Candidates would be responsible for handling customer questions and issues about the company's suite of applications.

Candidates must be able to solve customers' technical problems, functionality issues, and implementation difficulties with minimal to no supervision. The ability to use standard operating procedure in order to troubleshoot issues with databases and networks is also required. Must also be able to effectively document and communicate the issues with other department members. Position offers room for career growth and development.
