Job Overview
A large, technology-based services company is seeking a SharePoint 2007 software developer. The candidate should have experience in user friendly SharePoint web design, information architecture and workflows in order to create a SharePoint portal for an internal business group. This is NOT a SharePoint administrator position.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to design, develop, test and implement a SharePoint 2007 portal for an internal business group.
- Proficiency in SharePoint (MOSS 2007) development and SharePoint Designer.
- Develop and maintain metadata, search scopes, keywords.
- Ability to create templates, forms and workflows in MOSS
- Proficiency in html, MS SharePoint Designer
- Knowledge and experience with content management methodologies and procedures
- Self starter with ability to communicate orally and offer suggestions.
- A passion for usability
- Experience programming Microsoft SQL is a plus for future projects
