Main Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and support desktops and laptops based on Microsoft Windows with MS Office and other office applications.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC and laptop configurations, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals. Position is end user facing.
- Be a front line support for all technical issues in the office.
Requirements
- Current Student who is studying Information Technology or related field
- Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Servers, Scripting, Backup software, and Group Policy Object (GPO) is desirable.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise servers and SAN hardware. Experience with Citrix, VMware, SQL Databases, and enterprise anti-virus/spam security products is a plus.
- We anticipate that this individual will work 20-25 hours/week and ideally some hours every weekday. They must work at least 2 days per week during morning hours (beginning 9 am). This is to provide overlap with our IT employees in London.
- We are seeking a student that is looking for a 6 to 12-month assignment.
