As a help desk assistant you will be responsible for the repair, installation and maintenance of personal computer hardware and peripherals, either at the customer's location or through a remote connection. The work would take place starting around 9 or 10 a.m. until close Tuesdays through Thursdays.
There is a possibility of the position turning full-time. The hours are estimated to be between 15 and 25 hours each week depending upon customer demand. Responsibilities will include:
