Part Time - $10 per hour + commission

Job Description

A residential and commercial painting services company is looking for outgoing, energetic Residential Marketing Associates (RMA). The role of the RMA is to generate sales leads that directly result in a painting estimate. The RMA must be able to enhance the company's brand by effectively communicating its benefits, and how it differentiates itself from local competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with local business/home owners
• Generate leads using direct/assertive selling techniques
• Work with homeowners to determine their painting needs
• Schedule free estimates for potential clients
• Distribute residential targeted marketing material

Qualifications

• Clean-cut & reliable
• Strong oral communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Energetic & positive attitude
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and can turn rejection into motivation
• Flexible schedule (to include some weekends)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Schedule

This a part-time position perfect for current students, or graduates who are looking for extra work. Candidate will be required to work several hours (4-7pm) every Wednesday and Thursday, and longer shifts (10-8pm) every other Friday and Saturday. Travel between the 2 sales sites (Leesburg and Chantilly) is required.
