Full Time // $45k salary, plus on-target commission of approx. $25k, no cap

Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven Lead Generation person. You will sell our eye tracking technology and software to marketing researchers, usability professionals, and scientific researchers.

In this role, you can grow to an account manager or stay in lead generation as you wish. You are responsible for the front end of the sales cycle - selling an intelligent product to an intelligent, generally interested prospect. You will do cold calls, warm calls, identify new opportunities, craft emails, manage first contact, organize first meetings, and conduct online demos. You will also exhibit our innovative products at trade shows and conferences.

As the ideal candidate, you are highly organized and service oriented. You have a very strong personal drive, are clearly focused, and are motivated to create sales results. You enjoy working as part of a small sales team in a very dynamic and fast growing company, where you not only have a great amount of influence, but also have great responsibilities and high expectations with regards to your results, achievements, and the setting of your own initiatives. With very good technical understanding, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships, you have the skills required to find solutions to the constantly varying needs of your customers.

Minimum Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in business, marketing or psychology. MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
• If you are not a 9 on a scale of 1-10 in self organization and attention to detail, this job is not for you.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of business sales experience, preferably of high tech products. Excellent presentation skills and consultative approach.
• Strong understanding of market research, usability, or psychology.
• You willingly make cold calls (to a friendly audience) to identify interested parties.
• You are an excellent user of Google and LinkedIn for research.
• Team oriented, with a desire to work in a small organization with a large degree of autonomy - for your own results and for the overall success of your department.
