An innovative software company is looking for a full-time junior sales associate to grow our software business. You must have a thorough knowledge of sales concepts as well as the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, do product demos, one-on-one interactions, and good written communication.

The Product
You are selling a system which provides key-less entry to IT data centers. The system uses key fobs which each employee would carry and swipe at the door to gain entry.

The Customer
The customer operates a medium size data center (1000 computers) with a staff of 10 technicians and currently use an old-fashioned key-based system. You had met the infrastructure manager (Frank Jones) at a tradeshow the week before in Las Vegas and he had expressed some interest in upgrading their system.
