Job Overview
This position is half sales and half customer service. Your main goal is to educate existing clients on the benefits of the company's products and services. Major responsibilities will include:
- Daily interactions with customers via phone and email
- Answering incoming inquiries about products and services
- Consulting with existing clients about online marketing and best practices
- Create campaigns and cultivate relationships to grow revenue of existing clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Desire to contribute to a team and company as a whole
- Passion, motivation and drive to succeed
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- SEM knowledge or previous online marketing experience is a plus
