Online Ad Trafficker in Reston, VA

Job Overview

Rapidly growing online management services firm is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented online ad trafficker for immediate hire in their Reston headquarters. This hire will be responsible for providing campaign information as requested as well as monitoring delivery and suggesting changes to increase campaign performance or alter delivery pacing. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in how online advertising works, campaign trafficking practices and multiple ad serving systems to ensure success in a fast-paced, sales-driven, dynamic work environment. Candidates should have experience in all aspects of campaign fulfillment, but will also consider applications from tech-savvy and driven recent grads looking to get their feet wet in ad trafficking.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales staff throughout the campaign process to ensure that flights are executed on time and impressions are delivered in full
• Provide sales staff with campaign documentation, including but not limited to reports and screenshots
• Investigate and resolve campaign delivery/performance issues
• Perform and suggest optimization regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting and campaign performance

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience in online ad trafficking
• Working knowledge or familiarity with ADTECH/Helios or other ad serving systems
• Strong attentional to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• Results-drive with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and highly proficient in Excel
• US Citizen or Permanent Residents only

Nice To Have

• Experience with with Salesforce
• Experience with HTML, Flash and various rich media
