Job Overview
A graphic design studio in Arlington, VA is looking for a part-time admin/sales coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys art, has an eye for design, and wants to get experience in the field. Main responsibilities will include:
- Updating, organizing, and maintaining lead sheets
- Deploying marketing emails via Constant Contact
- Researching potential new leads
- Calling potential clients to educate them about your services
- Maintaining social media- Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Basic administrative skills- answering the phone, email correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements
- Current college student or recent grad
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel)
- Ability to work independently
- Previous office and admin experience
