Role Definition
Hit the salesperson's meeting target as defined by the client. Manage all aspects of the relationship with the salesperson.
- Business Research - Determining specific industries and companies that would have a demand for the client's product/service
- Executive Prospecting - Identifying specific executives that should be targeted for marketing initiatives
- Marketing - Contacting the targeted executives via phone and email to generate demand
- Sales Support - Arranging introductory sales meetings between a client salesperson and the executive prospect
Measures of Success
- 80% Schedule meetings for salesperson to meet client's quality and quantity target.
- Quantity of meetings scheduled monthly = 25.
- Quality of meetings scheduled as measured by ongoing client work.
- Knowing where you are at any moment in relation to goal.
- 10% Client communication and service.
- As measured by client compliments and lack of complains/concerns.
- 10% Team building, professional development, internal communication
- Attending team building activities.
- Peer performance review.
- Improvement of professional skill.
Recommended Allocation of Time:
- 80% Schedule meetings for salesperson to meet client's quality and quantity target.
- Leveraging your salesperson's territory and making account suggestions.
- Identifying and prospecting new target executives through primary and secondary research.
- Continually improving the message as delivered by phone and email.
- Optimizing call and email volume to hit meeting goal.
- Tracking your own performance and process metrics.
- 10% Client communication and service.
- Coordinating sales trips.
- Maintaining relationship with salesperson.
- Resolving problems and being proactive with client salesperson.
- 10% Team building, professional development, internal communication
- Participating in team building activities.
- Designing and implementing a professional development plan.
- Seeking assistance and communicating with other colleagues proactively.

Compensation and Benefits
- First year earnings from $45,000 to $65,000+
