Job Responsibilities
- Follow-up with potential customers who have submitted RFQs (requests for quotes)
- Assist software buyers through the purchasing process
- Clarify needs, identify requirements, and evaluate products
- Maintain customer information in CRM
- Contribute to blog posts
- Use social media as a business development an customer service tool
- Update Twitter, Facebook, etc. about relevant company information and market trends
- Comment on industry happenings and respond to inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1+ years customer service, sales, or marketing experience
- EXCELLENT writing skills
- Good phone etiquette and presence
- Desire to help and contribute in meaningful ways
- Entrepreneurial spirit
