Job Duties
- Cold call and meet with prospective clients to discuss their IT staffing needs
- Utilize networking events, LinkedIn, etc. to generate sales leads
- Generate sales plans and quarterly targets
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
- Execute and negotiate contracts with new customers
Job Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience
- Sales and recruiting backgrounds preferred
- Must be a self-starter with energy and confidence
- Ability to perform tasks with limited training
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals
