Responsibilities of the Appointment Coordinator:

  • Ensure our customers have a world-class experience at every step along their sales journey, from generating appointments to conducting follow-up surveys
  • Follow up with both inbound and outbound calls according to a queue system
  • Use MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interests, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis
  • Assist with general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements of the Appointment Coordinator:

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, grammatical, and organizational skills
