Job Duties of the Business Administrator:
- Prepare all documents associated with real estate closing
- Manage the front desk and reception area, answer phone calls and greet guests
- Help resolve property liens
- Communicate effectively with agents and lenders through real estate purchases
- Organize and manage documents and paperwork
- Managing updates with the title software database
- Provide receipts for earnest money deposits
- Input new orders into our title software database
- Communicate with agents to help expand business opportunities
Job Qualifications of the Business Administrator:
- Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer service
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
- Process oriented and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficient
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software systems
- Looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, loyal, professional, and very organized
