Job Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate:

  • Research and prospect potential customers and their companies, make outbound calls to meet scheduling goals to drive overall business success
  • Create a great first impression and secure meetings with prospective clients
  • Generate a quality pipeline of prospective customers through outbound calls and email marketing activity
  • Work closely with company sales leaders to help manage the pre-sale process
  • Proactively educate the target audience over the phone on the value of our business
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of business opportunities and ongoing account activities within CRM database which includes pipeline reporting, new customer data, and revenue data for current customers
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities

Job Qualifications of the Business Development Associate:

  • Completed 4 year Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant work and/or internship experience in sales is helpful
  • Highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic
  • A desire to develop professional selling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Eager to learn, outgoing, and driven
