Responsibilities for Business Operations Analyst:
- Develop, manage, and report on key business metrics on the Daily Huddle Report
- Manage Salesforce Users and Teams
- Manage Office365 Users and Distribution Groups
- Manage Salesforce data imports & data cleanliness
- Document functional business requirements, process flow and technical requirements related to sales process improvements and automation
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
- Will get certified in Salesforce as a Salesforce Admin
Qualifications and Skills for Business Operations Analyst:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and Look-Ups)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (preferred)
- Positive attitude and eager to learn new things
- Highly adaptable with an ability to work with different personalities under changing circumstances
- Bachelor's Degree in Math or related field.
