Job Duties of the Entry Level Post Closer:
- Prepare all documents associated with real estate closing
- Resolve property liens
- Communicate effectively with agents and lenders through real estate purchases
- Organize and manage documents and paperwork
- Managing updates with the title software database
- Provide receipts for earnest money deposits
- Input new orders into our title software database
Job Qualifications of the Entry Level Post Closer:
- Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer service
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Any previous office experience in a settlement office highly preferred
- Self-directed, diligent, and communicate well with others
- Process oriented and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficient
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software systems
- Looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, loyal, professional, and very organized
