Assist the Marketing Director with all day-to-day operations in ensuring marketing materials and presentations promote the company’s brand and messaging to support the goal of reducing vacancy in commercial buildings.

Job Duties:

  • Process invoices, expenses, and track budgets
  • Create and maintain marketing materials and presentations that reflect and promote the company’s brand, ensuring clear, consistent messages and supporting the goal of reducing vacancy
  • Manage consistent email marketing communications to leasing brokerage community
  • Work with vendors to obtain files and manage project deadlines
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial tenants, including but not limited to acting as their point of contact, facilitating event and promotional participation, conducting post event surveys and follow up
  • Create bi-monthly email newsletter to commercial tenants
  • Provide event support for all leasing events and consumer events
  • Create and manage content for regional social media accounts
  • Serve as marketing department point person for commercial tenant engagement program
  • Regularly update regional content on website, in multimedia systems, and in an internal photo database
  • Update news and available space content on website, monitoring the site for any issues and tracking reports to evaluate success of the program

Skills, Education And Experience:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and able to ensure completion of tasks
  • Collaborative and flexible, with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive and reliable, driven to achieve team goals
  • Superb writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong design sense
  • Excellent PC skills; particularly in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fresh and creative thinker
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many departments
  • Detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when needed
