Job Duties of Marketing / Office Manager:

• Ensure that day-to-day operations of the office are run accurately and smoothly
• Help with production of proposals
• Edit and create letters, presentations and documentation
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers calling in with questions
• Assist with client marketing campaigns and projects
• Assist the marketing manager on various marketing campaigns 
• Best in Biz customer service
• Develop working relationships with key vendors.
• Look for ways to continually improve internal processes and share best practices.
