Responsibilities for Program Coordinator:

  • Serve as the program coordinator for multiple programs at once.
  • Support the multiple media outlets: podcast, blog, webinar, online training
  • Communicate with top medical staff throughout the country
  • Constant communication with staff and association partners
  • Coordinates the implementation, administration, and registration of the examinations
  • Serves as the point of contact with the Committee representative throughout the development of the program.
  • Following up with medical staff as needed

Qualifications for Program Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a Four-year University
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a professional office setting in a high-paced work environment
  • Takes initiative and has the willingness to take ownership of assigned work
  • Highly proficient project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at one time, ensuring deadlines are met required
  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills (written and oral), including attention to detail required
  • Good judgment and discretion with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of secure examination information
  • Creative thinker in relation to problem-solving and able to present ideas and information to different audiences;
  • Must be customer focused
  • Highly proficient level in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Professional attitude and appearance required
