Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Develop reports regularly for recruiter KPI measurement and recurring client specific reporting
  • Develop and deliver recruiting related training company wide as needed; Train new recruiters/hiring managers as needed
  • Manage the ongoing delivery of recruiting projects and programs
  • Transforms client requests into data deliverables to include data models, data mappings and data transformation rules
  • Serve as first point of contact for all Taleo troubleshooting from recruiters and hiring managers
  • Participate in the roll out of new recruiting functionality in Taleo including development of requirements and user acceptance testing; provide Taleo recruiter support
  • Become the subject matter expert for Taleo, recruitment process, and recruiting tools
  • Escalates any issues and supports, driving exceptional service to our client base (recruiters) and improving upon the current structure
  • Additional duties and project support as assigned by leadership

Requirements of the Senior Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of progressive operations support experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Data-driven with an ability to tell stories through numbers
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel to analyze, cleanse and otherwise manage data (i.e. functions, formulas and pivot tables)
  • Ability to extrapolate information and data; capacity to quickly learn concepts and understand how to apply them in unique situations
  • Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitive
  • Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn the organization and capability needs within a complex business
  • Expertise in Taleo ATS nice to have
  • Experience with BI tools for recruiting reporting
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR data as it relates to "contingency" systems including payroll, benefits, organizational chart, onboarding, etc.
