Job Responsibilities for Technical Recruiter:
- Drive overall Talent Acquisition process including:
- Working with hiring managers to identify job requirements and write job descriptions
- Identify channels to find candidates; review and screen resumes and LinkedIn profiles
- Effective outreach to passive and active candidates
- Schedule and conduct phone screens and on-site interviews with technical team
- Review final evaluation with hiring manager and extend offer; assist with onboarding
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements
- Work with partners to source candidates; drive referrals
- Follow up with candidates and manage them through the hiring process
Job Qualifications for Technical Recruiter:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with prospective candidates and hiring managers
- Detail-oriented and organized; self-starter
- Ability to learn technical information and work with managers to screen and interview qualified candidates
- Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn, and Job Boards
