We are a remote team of over three hundred employees who work together to design and build software solutions for the healthcare industry. Responsibilities of Temporary Recruiting Coordinator: 

  • Review job listings and make adjustments as needed
  • Conduct HR screening calls 
  • Follow up with applicants and keep them informed of their progress 
  • Upload resumes into our internal ATS system 
  • Communicate with the HR/Recruiting team to determine goals and objectives
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications of Temporary Recruiting Coordinator: 

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology or related field
  • Previous HR or related experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for business and employee information
  • HRIS, ATS, Lever
