The Training Coordinator will conduct pre-course and post-course administration for courses in the US or Canada.  To provide our customers with all the information, materials and products needed to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.  To manage pre-course material distribution and post course certificate processing and to coordinate all activities with the Training Director.
 

Training Coordinator Essential Responsibilities:


Pre-Course administration:
  • Take public course registrations
  • Address inquiry questions from marketing; mail or fax requested information to customers; and give customer information to Marketing
  • To ensure all registration orders (web, e-mail and mail) from start to finish 
  • Create and mail all pre-course materials in a timely manner
  • Coordinate/assign instructors to different courses
  • Coordinate with printer for course material order and delivery
  • Coordinate venues for public courses
Post-Course administration:

  • To issue certificates for external and internal customers
  • To report customer satisfaction data for training courses
  • Maintain accurate files on each class and attendees
  • Maintain course design files
  • Maintain instructor files including current qualifications and annual reviews
  • Keep the instructor skills matrix current
  • Assist instructor with questions about the re-sits

 Administration:
  • Assist Instructor with qualification process for Canada
  • Provide assistance with the Public Training Calendar
  • Assist in the revision of documents (Certificates, Training Books)
 

Education/Qualifications:

  • High school level education and some college or above
  • Highly computer literate
  • Able to live and work legally and without restriction in the USA
  • To understand and use PointGlobal
  • Two years experience in a high volume customer support environment
  • Experience arranging logistics and resolving problems with vendors
  • On year negotiating and or interfacing with both internal and external clients
  • Experience in a sales support roll
  • Work with IT systems and history of developing new IT systems knowledge while on the job
