Responsibilities of the Business Office Associate:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Handle credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and process payments via check, electronic transfer, or other methods
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Utilize BlackBaud accounting software proficiently to manage financial data and transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze financial information within the BlackBaud system
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including entering data into accounting systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Office team, including filing, correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications of the Business Office Associate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in BlackBaud accounting software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
