How it All Began
In 2003, two college students became frustrated with the typical college job offerings of selling kitchen knives, painting houses, or anything with the phrase “Residual Income” or “Make Thousands From Your Dorm Room.” Instead of settling, they set out to create a place where students and recent grads could find jobs related to their career interests and goals. From there, ROCS was born.
Passing on Knowledge
After 15+ years in the industry, the founders are grateful for their experiences. In the ROCS office, they pass on their knowledge to young, career-minded colleagues.
To date, ROCS has worked with hundreds of companies in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and has helped thousands of students and recent grads start their careers.

It’s all about finding students and recent grads jobs. We could have opted for other careers, but we stuck to our beliefs since day one and have enjoyed every second of it. Whether we’re talking to a customer or a student on campus, this is what we get up for in the morning.
Our History
ROCS is founded
Our humble dorm room beginnings date back to 2003. Jamming to Jack Johnson, we began to recruit other students on campus - without the help of social media.
1000th Grad Placed
While we didn't have the confetti poppers ready to go, this was a big achievement that made us hungry for the next 1000 placements and to take the business to the next level.
1st time on the Inc 500
Nationally ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the country - an entrepreneur's dream. Even better? Making the list 3 more times since then.
Office Upgrade
Solidifying our roots with a custom office space. Open, bright, modern and the right foundation to keep us growing.
