Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact by answering and routing incoming phone calls
- Receive, open, sort, scan, and index incoming mail and electronic correspondence
- File and organize physical and digital documents accurately and timely
- Process outgoing mail and general office correspondence
- Support administrative workflows to ensure documents move through internal processes correctly
- Update records and information as needed
- Greet visitors and assist with incoming deliveries
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and supporting facility needs
- Support special projects and provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or degree preferred
- Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attendance and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, flexible attitude with strong problem-solving skills
