Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support inquiries via phone and email from business clients
- Provide assistance related to products and services while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within a CRM system
- Resolve questions efficiently while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex customer inquiries when needed
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, with a focus on inbound support
- Experience working within a CRM system; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time hours and commit to a hybrid onsite schedule
- Ability to pass a background check
