Job Responsibilities for Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate:
- Operational Synergy: Seamlessly pivot between warehouse support and local driving duties to keep our supply chain moving efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Prioritize the flow of inbound and outbound cargo to ensure we consistently meet (and exceed) customer and vendor expectations.
- Risk Management: Take proactive ownership of cargo handling to minimize damages, reduce claims, and maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Execute all freight forwarding and transport activities in strict accordance with origin and destination government regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Diligently follow established SOPs to ensure 100% compliance with TSA, USDA, FDA, and other critical regulatory agencies.
Minimum Requirements for Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check.
- 6+ months of warehouse experience.
- 6+ months of truck driving.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
Driver / Warehouse Associate (NON-CDL)
Salary: $21-24/hr
Schedule: Flexible based in business needs and peak seasons.
