Responsibilities

  • Coordinate speaker and presenter logistics, including outreach, onboarding, scheduling, content collection, and event support
  • Assist with the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, webinars, and industry events
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and communications to ensure successful program delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for speakers, facilitators, partners, and attendees
  • Track program metrics, evaluations, and participant feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide onsite and virtual event support, including troubleshooting and adapting to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of educational initiatives
  • Support partner communications, sponsorship deliverables, and event logistics
  • Assist with webinar production and ongoing development of virtual learning opportunities  

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, events, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional and customer focused approach when interacting with members, speakers, and partners
  • Experience working for a membership organization, association, nonprofit, or professional services environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 

Fulltime, Onsite 8am - 5pm  
$70,000 - 78,000 a year with benefits
