Responsibilities 

  • Monitor financial services regulations, industry guidance, and regulatory developments relevant to the organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries to support compliance initiatives and advisory work.
  • Assist with regulatory documentation, compliance projects, and internal process improvements.
  • Help ensure external publications and communications align with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate, edit, and produce monthly newsletters, client alerts, and other thought leadership content.
  • Gather and organize contributions from subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Manage editorial calendars, production timelines, and publication deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and administrative teams to coordinate communications.
  • Support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve content development processes and collaboration.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in financial services, compliance, regulatory affairs, legal services, or a related environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance concepts.
  • Experience creating newsletters, client alerts, thought leadership content, or similar professional communications is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
