Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, vendors, and other visitors; direct or escort them to the appropriate staff member or meeting space.
- Manage a front desk security log system, track guest check-ins, phone messages, inventory, and office supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
- Provide consistent receptionist coverage during business hours.
- Support general office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
